Was asked about this on the ride today.............. For Julian and anyone else that might find it useful. I insure my bike with Bikmo. www.bikmo.comI cover 4 bikes, and they base their pricing on total value of bikes and cost of most expensive bike. From a personal experience I pay £35 a month, it covers £9k worth of bikes and when I crashed by Aeroad in a race they paid out no quibbles in 3 days and covered the cost of a new frame, all my kit etc. if you are in the market for insurance, especially if you plan on racing, then it was a good option for me. Check them out on line if you fancy. They do have a bike club discount thing of an extra 5% or 10%. If there is anyone interested, I check out an MCC discount option. I know VCBB have done that, so it can't be hard

To add to this there is also a company called Pedal Cover. The chap that owns this used to be a cat 1 road man and spotted a gap in the market. They don't just do bikes they do a whole house contents type of thing. Super nice dude and is also one our team sponsors.

We have also gone with pedal cover last year. They was great and helpful also cover kit and equipment like garmin to and race and liability insurance if you want it. All bikes are covered in the house and you just tell them the maximum cost of bikes that would be out the house at same time.
