Thought I'd kick this off.......... For those used to the old forum then profile names and the real life person behind them might be all too familiar, but for those that aren't why not join the new forum with an introduction for the benefit of anyone that might not have had the pleasure of reading your previous posts or bumped into on a ride.
So, Dodge2000, devilishly handsome, generous to a fault, with impeccable taste in bicycles and kit. As I am under 40 I am one of the junior members of the club and look up to my elders on what life can provide once you get rid of your kids and jobs. Once a regular on bandit rides, now a bit to reclusive to be called a regular. Can be witnessed infrequently riding a Cinelli, Canyon or a titanium Merlin. I once had a fleeting relationship with mudguards, but they literally broke up on me (twice) at the top of coppice so I've been scared every since in committing to them.
I try to race in the local RRs when not recovering from something broken and have been known to contest town sign sprints and generally act like a bellend, if I am fit enough to do so, without exploding half way up Oxton Bank. I like hills when I am not fat and wind when I can sit behind BMC Lee's giant shoulder windbreak
My cycling hero is the Stunt Man, simply because of the size of his legs and the way they look like they are trying to assault each other whenever they get into Lycra.
I am expecting some more free time soon, so I will be trying to get out on the Thursday and Sunday bandits.
